What is Real Fitness Boot Camp?
A year round program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout. Each session is one hour. Each day is different, so you’ll never get bored and you’ll always make progress!

What if I’m not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Nor will anybody go home unchallenged! Men and women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. You will inspire and be inspired by others.

Where is the location we meet?
Real Fitness Boot Camp meets in Happy Valley Park at the Gazebo 5:45 A.M. – 6:30 A.M.  and 6:30 A.M. – 7:15 A.M. M-F. Occasionally your instructor may inform you of a temporary “field trip” where you may meet at a new location for an all new challenge!

How often will we meet?
Real Fitness Boot Camp is held Monday through Friday for 45 minutes. Come to as many or as few days as fit in your schedule (that’s one of the reasons we call it Real Fitness). We will begin on time, so try to arrive a few minutes early. However, come even if you’ll be late. Some exercise (and the consistent habit) is much better than missing class!

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, hand weights (3-8 lbs. seems to work out well for most ladies), a water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. Please dress in layers. It’s still a bit chilly at camp start time, but you’ll warm-up quickly!

What can I achieve from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence making a dramatic improvement in your physical well-being. The camp program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and increase stamina. By losing fat and gaining muscle, you’ll lose inches and gain strength while looking and feeling better. Also, you’ll meet great people who share in the same vision of striving to reach their goals for a healthier mind and body.

Why should I participate?
You will make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you will meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before most people have even gotten started!

What is the cost (investment in myself)?
We’ve simplified…Real Fitness Boot Camp is just $107 per month! Where else can you get premier or cutting edge fitness instruction for that incredible price? Personal trainers typically charge $60 to $150 per hour for their services – this is a great opportunity to receive motivating fitness instruction from a nationally known fitness expert for just a fraction of the cost. Plus, we offer incentives for camp discounts for bringing your friends and when you take advantage of other services!
