PHILOSOPHY

Real Fitness is “training for your life:” we strive to meet each client’s particular needs and fitness goals, whether they involve improved appearance, weight loss, injury recovery, sports performance, diabetes care, or a special event.

Our approach is different: We train you to be better at your life, not necessarily to change your lifestyle in a drastic way. At Real Fitness, we select or create programs that teach your body to perform everyday activities with less pain or injury in addition to reaching your fitness goals. Research shows that this method, called functional training, can help improve your balance, flexibility, and coordination, while decreasing your risk for injury. Sadly, most gyms and health clubs are not addressing these needs.

Our mission is to:

• Help you set, achieve, and maintain realistic health and fitness goals.
• Develop and/or utilize innovative programming such as programs like P90X, Insanity, TurboFire, or Body Gospel, that is attractive to you, as well as scientifically sound.
• Offer services that you care about: nutritional guidance and education, flexibility, injury prevention, post-
therapy rehabilitation, sports specific training, pre- and post-pregnancy exercise, and others.

We do this by offering Beach Body products and programs, then providing world class coaching. We constantly strive to mold our services to your needs and strive to improve the lives of everyone we touch. That’s what makes it “Training for Life.”
